Come along and find out at Frame Leisure Centre on Saturday 11th April from 12.00pm. Walk, run, cycle, and row or try the new KMX three wheeler kart.

This event is for all abilities. It will start at 12.00pm on the 11th April 2009, and continue until 10.00pm. There will be allocated time slots of 15 minutes each. Teams of up to five people may also enter. Teams can split their efforts over the 10 hour period if required. There will also be static cycles and a rowing machine.
